What counts as an outage
Not every slow page or phone hotspot glitch is a Connect Buffalo incident. We list events that affect pilot radios, hub uplinks, or neighborhood Wi-Fi we operate.
- Weather, construction, and power loss at host sites can interrupt wireless links even when our core is healthy.
- Upstream internet partners may have their own incidents outside our control. We note that when we know.

Seeing something we haven’t listed?
